Deleting your account
How to delete your NEAREE account and what happens to your data.

In the app
Open Settings (top right) → Account → Delete my account, and confirm. It takes effect at once.
Without the app
Write to info@gxlabs.hu from the e-mail address of your account, or use the contact form on our home page with that address. We delete the account within one month and confirm it by e-mail.
What is deleted
Your profile, photos, location, likes, matches, chats and dates are deleted, and you are signed out on every device. Other members can no longer see you.
What is kept
Without your profile, we keep what the law or safety requires: invoices of NEAREE+ purchases for 8 years, and reports and moderation decisions as long as needed to prevent abuse. A store subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
