What NEAREE stores in your browser, why, and how to change your choice.

NEAREE (operated by GXLabs Kft., 6000 Kecskemét, Daróczi köz 13. 3. em. 80. ajtó, Hungary) uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage in your browser) on nearee.eu and in the web app at nearee.eu/app. This policy explains what we store, why, and for how long. More about how we process personal data is in our Privacy policy.
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask what you allow. Strictly necessary storage is always on, because the website and the web app cannot work without it. Preferences and Analytics run only if you allow them; until you answer, they stay off. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing does not affect what happened before, and we delete the preference data kept in your browser right away.
We use no advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not let third parties set cookies on nearee.eu.
Strictly necessary
Legal basis: needed to provide the service you asked for (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive; GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Analytics
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). The web app sends these events only if you allow analytics. They are measured by NEAREE itself; no analytics provider receives them.

Payments
When you buy NEAREE+ or coins, you pay on Stripe’s secure payment page (checkout.stripe.com). Stripe sets its own cookies there, for example to prevent fraud; they are governed by Stripe’s cookie policy. NEAREE cannot read them.
The mobile apps
The NEAREE apps for iOS and Android do not use cookies. The same choices apply to what they store on your phone, which is described in the Privacy policy.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser’s settings. If you block strictly necessary storage, signing in to the web app will not work.
