1. Our commitment

NEAREE – Real Life Dating (“NEAREE”), operated by GXLabs Kft., has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). NEAREE must not be used to sexually abuse, exploit, groom, endanger or traffic a child. NEAREE is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. People under 18 may not create an account or use the service.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Users must not use NEAREE to create, upload, request, possess, share, distribute, promote or facilitate:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including sexual images or videos of a minor.
• Sexual grooming of a child or attempts to contact a child for a sexual purpose.
• Sexual solicitation of a minor, including requests for sexual images or content.
• Sextortion, threats or blackmail involving a minor or a minor’s intimate imagery.
• Child trafficking or arranging, advertising or facilitating sexual contact with a minor.
• Links, instructions or other material intended to facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.

These prohibitions apply to profiles, images, messages and other interactions through the service, including manipulated or AI-generated content that sexualises or exploits minors.

3. Reporting a concern

Report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation, suspected underage accounts, or other child-safety concerns using the reporting tools available in NEAREE. Reports may also be sent to:

Include relevant details, such as the profile or account involved and a description of the concern. Do not download, forward or redistribute suspected illegal material.

4. Review and enforcement

We review reports and take appropriate action under these standards and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, action may include removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally permitted or required, and reporting suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. Legal compliance

GXLabs Kft. is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We respond to lawful requests from competent authorities and report confirmed CSAM or other suspected illegal activity to the relevant authority where required by law.
